A mother-and-son partnership built on a shared passion for kosher food, African adventure, and making the impossible happen in the most remote places on earth.
Aharon's journey began in 2016 when a friend needed a last-minute mashgiach. Since then he has catered across South Africa and into Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, and internationally to Spain, France, and Saint Thomas Island. He also supervises kosher factory runs for a B'Datz Haredi manufacturer in South Africa.
Trained as a nurse, Adrienne completed her mashgiach training early on and later worked under Master Chef Alan Bender. She joined KIB as cook and mashgiach in 2018 and left nursing in 2022 to focus on KIB full-time. Her vision: world-class kosher dining at incredible destinations globally.
